Agreement

By requesting or receiving services from In A Pinch Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all services we provide, including courier and delivery, parking lot sweeping, engine bay cleaning, property cleanout and hauling, and cleaning supplies.

Services & Service Area

In A Pinch Services LLC provides the following services in Southwest Missouri (22-ZIP service area):

Courier and local delivery
Parking lot sweeping and commercial grounds maintenance
Engine bay and vehicle detailing
Property cleanout, junk removal, and hauling
Cleaning supplies — retail and subscription

Service availability is subject to scheduling, weather conditions, and geographic coverage. We will notify you if we cannot fulfill a scheduled service.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are free and non-binding. Final pricing is confirmed verbally or in writing before service begins. Prices may vary based on scope of work, access difficulty, and conditions discovered on-site. Additional charges require your authorization before work proceeds.

Service-Specific Terms

Courier & Delivery In A Pinch Services LLC is not a licensed common carrier. Items are transported at owner's risk. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to items. Fragile or high-value items must be disclosed at time of booking. No guarantee of delivery time is made for same-day requests subject to traffic and weather. Hazardous materials and controlled substances are not accepted under any circumstances.

Parking Lot Sweeping Results may vary based on surface condition, debris type, and weather. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to pavement, curbing, or surrounding structures. Customer is responsible for notifying us of any underground utilities, drainage concerns, or surface hazards prior to service.

Engine Bay Cleaning This is a detailing service only. We are not responsible for pre-existing mechanical issues, electrical faults, or sensor malfunctions exposed during or after cleaning. Customer should disclose any known sensitive components prior to service.

Cleanout & Hauling Hazardous materials including but not limited to paint, batteries, chemicals, asbestos, and controlled substances are not accepted. Customer is responsible for accurate item disclosure prior to service. We reserve the right to decline removal of any item at our discretion.

Cleaning Supplies Products are sold as-is. Not for resale without written authorization. Subscriptions may be cancelled with 7 days' written notice. Refunds are subject to review and are not guaranteed for opened or used products.

SMS Terms

        SMS notifications are sent only to customers who have provided their phone number and consented to receive service-related updates.

Message frequency varies based on your service status
Message and data rates may apply
We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and common digital payment methods. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in Taney County, Missouri.
